1. Management is not responsible for any missing Luggage or bags, and passengers are
advised to keep their valuables/cash in their own safe custody.
2. A maximum of 02 bags is allowed per passenger, of which the weight shouldn't
exceed 20 kg. Any additional bags will be charged INR 300 per bag.
3. Passengers travelling with commercial goods will be required to pay additional Freight
charges depending on the size and weight. (Approx. INR 500 Per box)
4. The bus timings are purely tentative in nature and might vary or be delayed due to
bus breakdown, bad
weather conditions, traffic jams, road blockage, or any unforeseen circumstances. The
management shall not be liable for the same.
5. Passengers are requested to report the boarding point of the bus 15 minutes before
departure. Management is not responsible if the passenger is late or fails to board the
bus, also can't provide alternate services.
6. Children travelling with parents will be charged the full fare. Above the age of 5 years,
if they share their parents' Sleeper customer
is liable to pay 50% Amount of Ticket And In sitting Bus sharing is not allowed.
7. The tickets issued for the passengers are non-transferable. The management reserves
the right to offload any passenger who is travelling on incorrect ticket details without
any refund.
8. Passengers are requested to take care of other fellow passengers; disturbing or
abusing fellow passengers will not be tolerated and can lead to off-loading of the
passenger.
9. Smoking or drinking on the bus is not allowed. Passengers who may have consumed
liquor or any other drug substance will not be allowed to board the bus.
10. Pets and animals are not allowed on the bus without a proper cage. Subject to the
management's approval and charges for transportation, for details, contact customer
care.
12. Pickup points or deboarding points shall be subject to adherence to prevailing laws,
rules, and regulations of the government only.
13. Any passengers travelling with liquor in their bags/boxes will not be allowed to carry
it, anything found without awareness will be deboarded, and the passenger may be
prosecuted under the law.
14. In case of refund claims, the payments will be processed within 07-08 working days
after confirmation.
15. The tickets issued are valid for the particular journey for which it is issued16. There shall be a 20-30 min refreshment halt during the course of the journey.
17. Passengers must occupy their respective seats/berths only.
18. That the management reserves the right to change, canceI seat/bus coach at any
time before the commencement of your trip.
You need to produce the hard copy of this ticket or a Mobile Ticket at the time of the
journey.
Cancellation Policy:
Less than 4 hours from the station departure time 100% Cancellation Charges
Between 4 Hrs to 12 Hrs from the station departure time 50% Cancellation Charges
Between 12 Hrs to 24 Hrs from the station departure time 25% Cancellation Charges
Between 1 to 3 days before station departure time 15% Cancellation Charges
Between 3 to 7 days before station departure time 15% Cancellation Charges
Between 7 to 30 days before station departure time 15% Cancellation Charges
